Meeting spaces

Philippe Dewitte Auditorium 

Managed by an administrator attached to the institution, the Philippe Dewitte Auditorium is entirely equipped to accommodate audiovisual presentations, press conferences, general assemblies or seminars, as well as subcommittees in four adjacent ateliers.

The auditorium’s seating can be completely removed in 45 minutes (on request, depending on programming). This wide surface can be turned into a meeting area or a dancefloor.
Scene size : 48m².

Breaks and receptions may be held in an adjoining space on the same level in atelier 5, Marie Curie Hall, the café, the Hall of Honor or on the terrace.  

Ateliers 

Adjoining the auditorium, the site offers four bright, pleasant rooms of 40 to 80m2, equipped for meetings of 20 to 60 persons. On the aquarium level, the windowless Haardt room is completely equipped and can accommodate 30 persons. All the rooms offer audiovisual equipment and designer furniture.

These rooms may only be rented as an extension to the auditorium or one of the reception areas.
